While everybody is searching for the latest journals for their references, but for me, its totally different.
My research project is about Chronological Review. Sound weird? never heard about it... hehhe... me too. Masa mula2 dapat topic nie, ingatkan systematic review and I will be dealing with meta analysis and statistics and etc. wah!!! terror lah nanti aku statistics.
Rupanya tidak!!! my supervisor said, no one ever done that this type of review. Dah nama pon chronology, so my starter paper was believe begin from 1856. When I requested this manuscript from library, it was like old book. He asked me to search any papers before 1856. mak aii!!! paling menakjubkan, hand-drawing of the dentinal tubules. Page tu dah siap ada kulat tumbuh.
I met him this morning. We had more than 1 hour discussion. SV aku nie sajer jer nak test aku, buat reading ke tak? When I mentioned topics that I came accross through my reading, suddenly he said one by one the important journals that I should have. Luckily, most of the journals that he mentioned, I already have it.He even sent me email the journal in 1938 he read. Waaa...!!! kalau dah ada mengapa dia tak send kat aku awal2 dulu. Dia memang nak tunggu aku cari dulu, pastu baru dia bagi.
Okay, I accept his challenge. Hopefully I can cope with it.
I feel that my research project has heating me up. Larat ke aku?? buat2 larat je laa...
p/s-terjumpa paper before 1856, tapi cakap Arab dan German... kena buat translationlah pulak nampaknya :(. Terjuling mataku sekejap.
