MAC 2012... it's mean that it has been more than 2 years waiting to see my basic salary better or at least equal to my colleague in KKM.

Yet, my basic pay is the  more or less same amount as trainee lecturer who has served more than 7 years who haven’t got master degree. It will be my 9th years in service starting  16 May 2003.

urrm... mungkin boleh bersabar lagi sebab...

1. I didn't really see any other options that might  help...

A: pindah uni lain. Meaning become super duper junior and do not have chance to have my own say or opinion. Or even maybe do not have chance to do my own research interest. All the grants will go to the super duper senior. 

B: pergi KKM balik. Seperti meluah ke muka sendiri. I left KKM because I hate to go to schoolssssss….especially in KL.

May be it one of the GOOD options but life as full time specialist would be boring. Not colourful like uni life.. I will become big big boss in my own clinic waiting for patient every single day. With the AUDIT, 5S, 8S, ISO 9001.. etc..etc… I'm afraid that I will become very bossy laa..

OPPPsss… I need to PASS my membership exam too… huhu… boley ker? kalau tak, tak buleh masuk KKM.

2. Job satisfaction: I quit happy here in USIM sesuai dengan tema 'Gembira bersama USIM'. No doubt it is a stressful profession with teaching & learning, researches, publication, write up, never ending attending conferences without sponsor, clinic, students' clinic, logbook students, exams bla… bla.. bla... The toughest part is to deal with ... students' attitude.

Letih cakap banyak kali, tapi macam tu jugak student nie…

But, I can see some who has changed. Maklumlah dah nak grad tahun nie…That is my JOB SATISFACTION.

Last but not least, office dekat dengan rumah, tak perlu menempuh kesesakkan jalan raya.

3. Being a teacher is most honour job. Saham akhiratnya tinggi. Yang penting IKHLAS.

Kalau ada ANUGERAH PENSYARAH TERGARANG, aku yang boleh menang kot…. Hehehhe… ))

However, I still hoping and praying that I gonna get the backdated pay… Ya Allah, Most  Compassionate, Most Loving and Most Merciful. Amin… IF I got it... I can renovate my house (especially my front gate yang dah nak runtuh tu)  that being postponed since I got back from Dundee.

Moral of the story... Do not  stop dreaming.
